6 Can’t Do Without Kitchen Tools
2 Jun
I love gadgets. Gadgets of all kinds. I’ve bought more gadgets that don’t work than those that do. But what happens to my gadgets? After a couple of years gathering dust, they’re off to recycle (ie. donated).
There are definitely tools and gadgets that help make it easier to cook healthy. Sure you can have drawers and cupboards full of crap, but why have more when you can have less?

I’m not talking about pots and pans and the regular stuff – I definitely use those as well.
I put together a list of the tools that I can’t do without. (more…)

My experience the past week has me a bit curious. Starting out with my healthy eating, if I didn’t plan, I didn’t eat healthy. No ifs and or buts. So I diligently planned each and every meal – sometimes swapped one meal for another, but mostly stuck to the plan (plus that’s what I had in the fridge!). But something interesting happened both while I was in Kelowna and when I got home.
Everything I read about blogging is about how to get yourself motivated, how to write, how to build traffic, how to get comments. But one thing you don’t read much about is the amazing thing that happens when you go out in the real world.
To me, there isn’t anything more “green” than nature. By having dogs in my house (I have 2 dogs), I live with nature every day, even in downtown Toronto. We are on a very dangerous trend, in my opinion.
